Sotto il sole della toscana/under the tuscan sun

This weekend I had to go to Tuscany for a conference related to archeology. I decided to stop a few more days to see Francesca and Irene, my two companions travel to Vienna. After more than a year since we met we chat a bit and enjoy a delicious cappuccino with cream. The program includes a guided city tour to discover hidden places and ancient legends, so I found the front door of the Cathedral are depicted two lizards which are said to bring luck in love, then the presence of all columns of the facade of a pink marble also linked to lovers. We visited the Scuola Normale Superiore in Pisa and along the river Arno and I saw the house of Byron and Shelly from which they sailed, then the banks were much lower, toward the sea where they found death in a tempesta. I also wanted to climb the tower, but I changed my mind after learning of the ticket price: 15 euro too much!
It 'was just a nice weekend I hope to be able to spend more so beautiful!
